Restaurant Montiel
Restaurant Montiel is a gastronomic space located in Barcelona where you can taste typical dishes of creative cuisine and fresh market produce, under the creative hands of Ferran Bofarull.
Both the tasting menus provide a gastronomic tour of all the regions of Spain. Highlighted among its specialties are the Iberian suckling pig, cod carpaccio with sesame, tomato jam and basil oil, croaker “Donostiarra” with artichoke hearts and mushrooms season with egg yolks and delicious cheeses combined with jams craft.
All these delicious dishes can be washed down by its more than 80 carefully selected wines from small wineries with limited production throughout the Spanish geography.
Restaurant Montiel uses it walls space to house art work from up and coming local artists adding a colourful flair to your dining experience.
