Restaurante Lasarte

Located in the basement of the Hotel Condes de Barcelona, Restaurante Lasarte opened its doors on January 23, 2006, under the direction of world renowned chef Martin Berasategui. The role of chef de cuisine has been delegated to Paolo Casagrande who combines Martín Berasategui’s signature classics with innovative dishes specially created for Lasarte. J

The menu offers a selection of his creations and a symbiosis between the materials and flavors of Martin Berasategui’s native Basque country combined with traditional Catalan cuisine.

The restaurant was designed by the famous Thai interior designer Ou Baholydhin and has recently been renovated by architects Oscar Tusquets, Carles Bassó and Tote Moreno, with interior decoration a collaboration of Oscar Tusquets and Mercè Borrell.
